We are currently hiring 20 sales professionals for our Denver/Boulder, CO. office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside Sales Representative

OBJECTIVE

Increase sales of Agility memberships to small and medium-size businesses in target industries, including insurance agents, community banks, credit unions, professional services firms, and others. This is a career-oriented opportunity to join an established team in our Broomfield, Colorado office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize telephone selling to introduce prospects to Agility’s services and to qualify the prospect. Develop and nurture interest utilizing email, webinars, GoToMeeting presentations, etc.
• Take a prospect through the entire selling cycle, from initial contact to close.
• Focus primarily on endorsed, third-party lists provided by the Company, and build a healthy pipeline through both cold-calling and following up on centralized marketing campaigns;
• Assure detailed reporting of all selling activities in Agility’s salesforce.com prospect database system.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Minimum 1-3 years successful business-to-business multi-touch sales experience in a professional inside sales environment;
• Proven skills in cold-calling;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and highly disciplined work ethic;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Positive, tenacious, can-do mentality and personality.
